ASCATE (Elderly Citizen Caring Cartago's Association - Asociación Cartaginesa de Atención a Ciudadanos de la Tercera Edad), is a non lucrative Association for Social Goodness, from private nature and indefinite duration, founded in 1986 and declared of public utility by the Costa Rica's Government.
It has a diurnal Center for elderly people caring located in the eastern side of the Central District in the Cartago province. |
